Rainy days

It was pouring rain today, but that didn't stop me from going downtown to shop! I managed to find some awesome buys from Urban Outfitters. I found some great high waisted trouser pants but there was no tag on them. At the cashier I found out that they were only $9.99! I really needed some retail therapy after my midterms finished yesterday; however, it's all back to work for me again because I have projects and finals coming up very soon. I can't wait until Christmas break!

Short and Sweet

I wore this skirt to work today and my manager told me it was too short. Gosh why do I have to work in a family friendly retail store.. well in my defense I was wearing tights so I wasn't showing any skin at least. I can't wait until I finish university so I can get a real job.

Autumn Nights

Today, work was a gong show. It seemed even crazier than Boxing Day. Super messy and impossible to clean. Ever since I got my retail job, I'm careful not to mess things up while I do my own shopping because I know how annoying it is to clean up after people.

I had a random thought today, what if everything in our society was backwards? Like the low paying jobs became high paying jobs and difficult jobs became simple tasks and vice versa. Imagine if janitors were actually millionaires and not CEOs. How weird would that be if it was actually the norm. I don't know if that made sense, I think of really strange things in my spare time. Or maybe I'm just going crazy from studying for my midterms. Oh dear.

This picture does not do it any justice though, it looks better in real life and the fur is super soft. I actually can't stop petting it when I use it.
